Contract basis
We do not publish standalone general terms and conditions. Our services (software, SaaS, and consulting) are governed by the individual terms set out in the respective quotation or order confirmation; unless agreed otherwise there, the applicable statutory provisions apply.
General Terms and Conditions for business customers (B2B) are available on request. We contract exclusively with businesses and public-sector bodies and do not enter into contracts with consumers. A revised, lawyer-reviewed version of our general terms is being prepared and will be published here once available; the binding language for any such terms is German.
Data protection and data processing
Information on how we process personal data is set out in our privacy notice. Where we process personal data on a customer's behalf as part of a service, the parties conclude a separate data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before processing begins.
